After growing up in the UK, Tom dramatically became a Christian at 19 and shortly after relocated to Sydney, Australia to attend Hillsong College where he met his wife Megan. They have been committed to a life of ministry and been married since 2008. They have three adorable children: Elijah, Esther and Moses. Tom joined the pastoral team in April 2020 and loves serving the church, being able to work with the staff, and enjoys every opportunity he has to preach. When he's not working, Tom looks forward to time with family, watching Chelsea FC in the Premier League, laughing at The Office, and continuing his obsession with Bob Dylan.

Megan grew up in the Western part of the US - mostly Alaska and Montana. At 20 years old she moved to Australia to attend Hillsong College and graduated with a degree in theology and a true heart for ministry. Megan met her husband Tom while at college and they have three children; Elijah, and the twins Esther & Moses. They live in Baldwinsville, NY and enjoy serving as lead pastors at Word of Life Assembly of God. Megan joined the pastoral team at Word of Life in February 2021 and loves being in ministry, standing alongside people, and championing them in their relationship with God. Megan has a deep passion for seeing women rise up and be all God made them to be, developing leaders and caring for hurting people. In her spare time, she enjoys blogging, hiking, a good tv series and spending time with her family.

Pastor Lisa has served in many church leadership roles with her husband Harry in youth and pastoral ministry since 1990. They have lived in the Central New York area since 1995, raising their two sons, Caleb and Joshua and have attended Word of Life since 2010. Lisa has served as the NY Ministry Network Girls Ministries Director in the past and was the Children’s Pastor at Word of Life from 2017 to 2023. She loves to help connect people with their next steps and discover their giftings as they follow Jesus and is honored to come alongside those who are hurting, combining ministry experience with her past career in nursing.

Pastor Christie grew up in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. She and her husband Fred have eight children together and have made central New York their home since 2018. Pastor Christie has served in many ministry roles with her husband Fred for the past 20 years including youth, children and media. She is passionate about families and getting kids excited to learn more about God. In her spare time you will find her enjoying time with her kids, planning out the next addition to their mini farm, or baking something sweet.

It is Annie’s great joy to see lives made whole by Christs deep love. She considers it a high privilege and honor to serve the students of Word of Life- a place where students encounter the love of Jesus while discovering and sharpening their god given gifts. Pastor Annie has been married to the love of her life, Rob, since 1995 and together they have three grown children (Amber, Matt & Amanda) and three grands (Isaiah, Gavin & Savannah). Annie's favorite is a good 'embarrassing moment' story. She also fully believes that Jesus is our redeemer; she sees a life that is de-railed as a life with God potential!

Michele has been on staff at Word of Life since June 2009, and considers it an honor to serve as Executive Assistant. She believes that God created her as a helper and has given her administrative abilities to assist the Pastors in the purpose of leading individuals to become faithful and effective followers of Jesus Christ. Michele and her husband Jim have been married for 22 years, and the Lord has blessed them with two loving and compassionate children; Marissa and Michael.

Rev. Fred Driscoll grew up in Baldwinsville and is excited to call this area home again. When he was 19, he met his wife Christie at a Master’s Commission internship in Concord, NC. Fred has spent over ten years as a Children’s Pastor, fifteen years overseeing church administrations, and most recently as a Lead Pastor. He is excited to join the pastoral staff serving as the Administrator for WOLCA. Providing a sound education with a Biblical foundation has been a long-term priority for Fred. The Driscolls are passionate about connecting families with the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ! He and Christie have seven kids: Frederick, Kaylee, Brandon, Caeden, Ethan, Savannah, and Jenna. The family enjoys the outdoors, camping, and unplugging from time to time.

Marti and her family lived throughout the country over the last 30 years including Oregon, Alaska, Montana, Virginia, Arizona & for the last two years in New York. Marti is always making friends and is passionate about people.  She has been married for over 38 years and has two children & three grandchildren.
